We are looking for a Sr Product Designer/UX that loves challenges.
Nimble is looking for a Product/UX Designer that is passionate about user experience and product design with a human-centric approach. This position is specialized in designing mobile, web applications that are intuitive, innovative and one’s that people love to use. Involved early in the product discovery process, this candidate will be designing digital solutions from scratch as well as applying iterative upgrades to already existing products.

Main Responsibilities
- This role requires close collaboration with cross functional teams while being responsible for facilitating user research, creating information architectures, building sitemaps, creating wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs, creating interactive prototypes, user flow diagrams and ensuring design quality before production. At each stage, you will anticipate and advocate for what the user needs and ensure that the final product both meets their goals and is elegant and effective. The candidate is capable of planning and facilitating user research through observation of and listening to user behaviors via qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (e.g. user interviews, A/B testing, usability testing, surveys, live product analytics and more)

- Strong intuition for simplicity that is highly effective over complexity. Ability to present complex UX information succinctly to various audiences verbally and in writing.

- Develop thoughtful conversations and client interactions in a way that drives productive user-centered solutions with UX-thinking at its core.
- Foster a UX-centric culture through teaching, sharing, and coaching others on best practices, UX methodologies, and standardized UX toolsets.

Hard Skills:
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong understanding and ability to use relevant design and UX tools and platforms (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, UserTesting, etc.).- MUST
- 3+ years of experience in a designer role (UI, UX, Product)
- Contribution to, compliance with, and encouragement of organizational standards, such as accessibility, design system standards, identity and branding guidelines.
- Proven experience using Design Thinking framework - MUST
- Proven experience with any Interaction Design (IxD) methodology- MUST
- Proven experience with any User Research (UR) methodology - MUST
- Proven experience with any Information Architecture (IA) technique - DESIRED
- Proven experience with any Experience Strategy (ExS) methodology - DESIRED
- Advanced and proficient Wireframing and Design Skills - MUST
- Proven experience in Web & Mobile Design - MUST
